• Business information you provide including revenue, company type, and website
• Account credentials managed securely via Supabase Auth
• Documents you upload to your workspace
• Communication records within the platform

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Review and process your application for platform access
• Provide you with access to ExitStack platform features
• Facilitate introductions to M&A advisors at your request
• Send transactional emails related to your account and deal activity
• Improve the platform and our services

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not use your data for advertising.

Confidentiality

ExitStack operates on a strict confidentiality basis:

• Your identity is never disclosed to buyers or advisors without your explicit consent
• Documents shared through the platform are protected by NDA workflows
• Buyer interactions can begin anonymously
• All document access is permission-based and controlled by you

Data sharing

We share your data only with:

• Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• Vercel (hosting infrastructure)
• M&A advisors or buyers you explicitly authorise through the platform

All third-party providers are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
