About ExitStack

ExitStack.ai is a digital platform that provides exit preparation tools, structured advisor matching, and deal workflow infrastructure for founder-owned businesses.

ExitStack is not an M&A advisor, investment bank, or financial services firm. We do not:

• Represent sellers in transactions
• Negotiate deals on your behalf
• Provide regulated financial or legal advice
• Act as a broker or intermediary

Eligibility

Access to ExitStack is by invitation only. Applications are reviewed personally. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

By using ExitStack, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to represent your business
• The information you provide is accurate

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or confidential third-party information
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Share your account access with others

Confidentiality obligations

By accessing the platform, you agree to:

• Keep confidential all information shared by other platform participants
• Not disclose deal information, company identities, or transaction details outside the platform
• Respect NDA obligations entered into through the platform

Paid services

Paid services are provided on a one-time fee basis as described in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced.

ExitStack reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already paid for.

Intellectual property

All platform content, design, and functionality is owned by ExitStack. You retain ownership of all documents and materials you upload to the platform.

Limitation of liability

ExitStack provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Successful completion of any transaction
• Accuracy of valuation benchmarks
• Suitability of any advisor introduction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExitStack's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
